Description
Overview:
BMS (Battery Management System) is designed to monitor the status of batteries, control the charging/discharging process, etc. Two 18650 batteries can be connected to the HX-2S-D20 charge-discharge controller module at the same time.
The module has short-circuit, overcharge, and over-discharge protection. One of the charge controller’s functions is to turn off the power supply to the batteries when at least one battery reaches its maximum capacity.
This BMS controller is designed for more than 30,000 hours of operation. The maximum allowable current is 20 A. If the maximum permissible supply voltage value is exceeded, the charge controller enters “protection” mode.
Specification:
• Overcharge Voltage Range: 4.25V-4.35V ± 0.05V
• Over Discharge Voltage Range: 2.5V-3.0V ± 0.05V
• Maximum Working Current: 13A
• Working Temperature: -40°C to +50°C
• Maximum Instantaneous Current: 20A
• Storage Conditions: -40°C to +80°C
• Quiescent Current: Less than 10uA
• Effective Life: More than 50,000 hours
• Internal Resistance: Less than 300mΩ
• Short Circuit Protection: Can be protected; recovery requires charging
• Charging Voltage: 8.4V-9V
• Size: 46 x 20 x 3.6mm
Instructions:
• B+ is connected to the positive electrode of the battery.
• B- is connected to the negative electrode of the battery.
• BM is the connection point between battery 1 and battery 2.
• P+ is connected to the positive terminal of the charging/discharge terminal (shared with the charging/discharge terminal).
• P- is connected to the negative terminal of the charging/discharge terminal (shared with the charging/discharge terminal).
